If your system needs attention, AdvantagePlan members receive priority scheduling. Your service request moves to the front of the line so your heating or cooling system can be restored as quickly as possible.
Complete warranty protection
Covered components are repaired or replaced under the plan according to the agreement. This helps protect you from unexpected repair costs and keeps your system operating properly.
Complete coverage for most components
Most major working components of your heating or cooling system are covered under the plan. If a covered part fails, our technicians will repair or replace it as outlined in the agreement.
No service call fees
When service is required for covered repairs, the standard service call fee is waived. This means you can request service without worrying about additional visit charges.
No parts fees
If a covered component needs replacement, the cost of the part is included in your plan. This helps reduce the financial impact of unexpected repairs.

Do I need an inspection before joining the plan?
Yes. We perform a free inspection to confirm your equipment is operating properly and qualifies for coverage.
What equipment can be covered under the plan?
The plan can cover your gas furnace, air conditioner, or both depending on the option you choose.
What is included in the yearly maintenance visit?
Your yearly visit includes a system inspection, preventative maintenance, and replacement of your
air filter.
Are there service call fees with the plan?
No. Service call fees are waived for covered repairs under the plan.
Are parts included if something breaks?
Yes. Most system components are covered and parts are included for eligible repairs as outlined in the agreement.
Are there any components that are not covered?
Some components such as compressors, heat exchangers, thermostats, and certain external equipment
are not included in the plan.
Can equipment of any age qualify for the plan?
Equipment must be in proper working condition and typically cannot be older than 15 years to qualify.
